Here's what to expect: As soon as your order is dispatched we will update you with your order's tracking information by email and/or sms.
If you have any questions or concerns in the interim, just reply directly to your order confirmation email that we sent you and we will come back to you typically within 12 hours (usually much sooner). Longer reply times may be due to your email being sent outside of our regular hours, 8h30 to 17h30 Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holiday. Although we always endeavor to reply to all customers as quickly as possible.
