Directions
Add ½ - 1 scoop [2.5g - 5 g] Creatine Monohydrate powder to 180 ml -300ml liquid. Research shows that Creatine Monohydate may be better absorbed when consumed with a carbohydrate meal or carbohydrate containing drink i.e. fruit juice or shake.
BEST TIMES TO USE [General usage]:
- 30-45 Minutes before exercise to boost muscular performance.
- Immediately after exercise to boost muscle recovery.
- LOADING PHASE [optional]: Use up to 20g daily for 5 days, divided into 3 - 4 servings.
- NOTICE: As with all creatine supplements, maintain an adequate state of hydration during use by consuming an ample amount of water.
