DIRECTIONS

Mix 1 rounded scoop [~30g] Whey-TECH™ ISOLATE with 180 ml chilled water, fruit juice or skim milk in shaker or simply mix with a spoon in a glass. Serving size may be adjusted to suit your requirements.
