How much does delivery cost?
A: Notice: Delivery fee reduction effective Jan 2022. Delivery is FREE in South Africa for orders of R750 or more, orders below R750 have a flat rate shipping anywhere in SA for R75 (was R99). How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Please allow 2-4 working days for your Myogenic order to be delivered. Example: an ordered placed on Monday will typically be delivered during the course of Thursday.
Latest delivery times - Orders placed before 11AM are being delivered as follows: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Capetown = 3 working days. Durban = 2-3 working days. Outer laying areas = 4 working days. |
I've placed my order online and paid, how will I know that you have received my order and everything is ok? Must I contact Myogenic?
A: Nope, no need to contact us. As soon as your order has been placed online expect the following two emails:
- Order confirmation email (sent immediately): You will receive an automatic email within a few minutes of completing your order online containing your order and delivery details.
- Order dispatch email (sent within 1 working day): During the next working day you will receive an email notification containing your orders tracking number. As soon as you receive this notification, within the next 12 hours your parcels delivery status will be visible at our track centre https://www.myogenic.org/apps/trackorder.
- Please note that your order tracking details do not show on tracking system immediately, sometimes it can take up to 24 hours to reflect on track.
